اللَّهُ نُورُ السَّمَاوَاتِ وَالْأَرْضِ

مَثَلُ نُورِهِ كَمِشْكَاةٍ فِيهَا مِصْبَاحٌ ۖ الْمِصْبَاحُ فِي ۚ
-
زُجَاجَةٍ ۖ الزُّجَاجَةُ كَأَنَّهَا كَوْكَبٌ دُرِّيٌّ يُوقَدُ مِن
-
شَجَرَةٍ مُّبَارَكَةٍ زَيْتُونَةٍ لَّا شَرْقِيَّةٍ وَلَا
-
غَرْبِيَّةٍ يَكَادُ زَيْتُهَا يُضِيءُ وَلَوْ لَمْ تَمْسَسْهُ نَارٌ ۚ نُّورٌ عَلَىٰ نُورٍ
-
يَهْدِي اللَّهُ لِنُورِهِ مَن ۗ
-
يَشَاءُ ۚ وَيَضْرِبُ اللَّهُ الْأَمْثَالَ لِلنَّاسِ ۗ وَاللَّهُ بِكُلِّ شَيْءٍ عَلِيمٌ

Allah is the Light of the heavens and the earth. The Parable of His Light is as if there were a Niche and within it a Lamp: the Lamp enclosed in Glass: the glass as it were a brilliant star: Lit from a blessed Tree, an Olive, neither of the east nor of the west, whose oil is well-nigh luminous, though fire scarce touched it: Light upon Light! Allah doth guide whom He will to His Light: Allah doth set forth Parables for men: and Allah doth know all things
Muslim World wants to restrict freedom of speech
Muslim world is now a day is suffering with lot of problems, these problems are not created by any other country infect these problems are self created. These problems include poverty, education problems, then economy, hunger, political, terrorism and nuclear proliferation problems. These problems are increasing day by day. All over the Europe Muslim, people are facing discrimination despite their sense of belonging for the country, an institute of International Policy gives a report their urging swift action to tackle the issue.
Level discrimination with Muslims is increasing from past five years this is only about the Europe but the entire worlds’ Muslims are facing a difference at many places. A research of the open society institute said that level of religious difference with Muslims is world spread. read more ……

The Unified Mosque of Irvine meets every Fridays at 4915 Alton Parkway, Irvine for Friday Prayers and Islamic Studies. The first call for Friday Prayer is at 12:45 PM with the sermon beginning at 1 PM and ending at 1:45 PM.

Swiss minaret ban in European Court
A Muslim community leader has filed an appeal at the European Court of Human Rights challenging a cover ban on the construction of mosque minarets in Switzerland, Geneva.
